How It Works
$100 per quarter non-refundable deposit locks in your order.
After a 100-day grain or grass finish (your choice), our USDA-inspected butcher processes the meat to your specifications.
After payment, we deliver to you. Our delivery range extends from Dallas to Tulsa, south to San Antonio and west to Albuquerque. We bring it to your doorstep; you stock your freezer and feast year-round.
